To keep our collections fresh and our boutique humming, we strictly offer Store Credit or Exchanges only for change-of-mind or sizing adjustments. This applies across all domestic and international orders.

Refunds are reserved exclusively for pieces that arrive with a genuine manufacturing fault—because every piece we send out deserves to be perfect.

Store Credit & Exchanges

  • Store Credit: We offer a digital credit (valid for 3 years) for full-priced items that are returned due to change of mind or incorrect sizing.

  • Exchanges: If you need a different size or style, we are happy to assist. Due to the high demand for our curated collections, we recommend using your store credit to re-purchase your new choice immediately to avoid missing out.

The Fine Print

  • AUS Returns Window: Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order, and ensure the item is returned to us within 14 days of delivery.

  • International: Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Due to global shipping times, international return packages must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery.

  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, pristine condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags securely attached. Please ensure the garment is free from makeup, perfume, or pet hair.

  • Hygiene: For health reasons, earrings cannot be returned.


How to Start Your Return

  1. Email us: Contact luxamoreitalianlinen@gmail.com with your Order Number in the subject line.

  2. Approval: Once we approve your request, return post to 43 Old Coach Way, Ninderry, QLD, 4561

  3. Send it back: We recommend using a trackable service like Australia Post, as return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

  4. Process: Once your item arrives and is inspected, we will issue your store credit or exchange within 14 business days.

Faulty or Incorrect Items In the rare event that an item is defective or we’ve sent the wrong piece, please contact us immediately with photos. We will rectify this at no cost to you, offering a full refund, exchange, or store credit, including all shipping costs.
