LUXAMORE was born from a simple vision by its founder, Jen Treasure: to create a destination for premium slow fashion that completely rejected the disposable, mass-produced noise of factory clothing.

When I took over the boutique from Jen, it wasn't just a career shift, it was a personal lifeline.

In 2022, a major car accident forced my corporate life to a screeching halt. Navigating a traumatic brain injury left my nervous system completely overwhelmed, and I had to learn how to slow down and heal. In the quiet of that recovery, I discovered something profound: the clothes we wear deeply affect how we feel. Looking for physical comfort, I slipped on a premium linen dress. For the first time in years, I felt a sense of relief. I didn't just need clothing, I needed a sensory refuge of breathable, effortless fabrics that felt kind to my skin and gentle on my spirit.

A New Direction

Taking the reins of LUXAMORE allowed me to build upon Jen’s original mission while infusing it with my own journey towards recovery. Today, we don't just stock labels; we curate independent global and local designers who celebrate intentional, beautifully made clothing.

Resilience & Community

Today, LUXAMORE allows me to be a present mother to my three children, raising them on a steady diet of resilience (and high-end linen). This boutique is living proof that true strength isn’t found in speed, but in the deliberate, thoughtful pace of recovery.

We also believe deeply in showing up for our community. Every year, my sisters, my daughters, and I walk 30 kilometres across the Australian coastline to raise vital funds for mental health through Beyond Blue.
