Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday, leave our studio the same day. After 2pm, or over the weekend, they’ll be on their way the next business day.

For our UK and USA friends, customs and duties are part of the journey. We can’t smooth those out, but we promise your order will arrive exactly as it left us—beautiful and uncompromised.

USA Shipping

U.S. Shipping & Mandatory Import Duties We love our U.S. customers! Please be aware that as of August 29, 2025, the United States government has suspended the $800 duty-free "de minimis" threshold. All orders entering the U.S. from Australia are now subject to mandatory import duties and processing fees, regardless of the order value.

How it Works:

Because U.S. Customs regulations changed significantly in late 2025, all orders now require mandatory duty payments. To make this as smooth as possible, we use the Zonos PDDP (Postal Delivered Duty Paid) system.

• 1. TBC (To Be Confirmed) at Checkout: Because duties are dictated by U.S. Customs and can vary daily, these fees cannot be calculated exactly at our checkout. As a general guide, U.S. customers should budget for an additional 10% of the order value, plus a small Zonos administrative fee.

• 2. Post-Purchase Calculation: Once your order is placed, we immediately calculate the exact U.S. Import Duty and Zonos clearance fees based on your specific items.

• 3. Secure Payment Link: You will receive a separate, secure link via email to settle these duties. This payment is required to clear your package for international dispatch.

• 4. Seamless Delivery: By settling these fees upfront, your package is "Pre-Cleared." This ensures your beautiful pieces are not held at the border for weeks and arrive at your door with no "surprise" delivery bills or hidden courier fees.

Please note that while the shipping cost is on us, the U.S. Government’s mandatory import duties and Zonos processing fees still apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

International Delivery (excluding USA)

We offer international shipping. All international orders are shipped via a tracked service. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times may vary based on your location but generally allow up to 10 business days.
